As America heads to the polls on Tuesday, Noah Rothman breaks down painful (for some) truths about the Democratic Party: For all its efforts to demonize the Republican Party leading up to the crucial 2022 midterm elections, Democrats have ultimately positioned the GOP for success — whether candidates put up a fight or not.
“The present political environment is looking increasingly like the one that preceded the 2010 midterm cycle,” Rothman writes, “which swept Democrats from federal office at a near-record pace, and for essentially the same reasons.”
